Important Notes about Beef Bulk Orders
Expected yield for a whole cow: 500-550 lbs. Price is $5.25/lb. on hanging weight and includes processing.
Expected yield for a half cow: 250-275 lbs. Price is $5.50/lb. on hanging weight and includes processing.
Yields may vary. Cut and packaged weight is approximately 60-65% of hanging weight. Processing fees are included in the price per lb. Final costs will be confirmed prior to pick up.
